GL551JW SSD Upgrade questions

I have a ASUS ROG GL551JW with 128GB SSD and 1 TB HDD. Windows is installed on the SSD. I constantly run out of space on C drive (SSD) but I do not think there is a way to upgrade the inbuilt SSD. I want to replace the 1TB HDD with an 1 TB SSD. I have 2 questions related to this:

1) Will one of these 2.5mm SATA SSDs work:
Samsung 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM): https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-500GB-Internal-MZ-76E500B-AM/dp/B078DPCY3T
WD Blue 3D NAND 1TB PC SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s, 2.5"/7mm - WDS100T2B0A: https://www.amazon.com/Blue-NAND-1TB-SSD-WDS100T2B0A/dp/B073SBQMCX
Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD - CT1000MX500SSD1(Z) - https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-MX500-NAND-SATA-Internal/dp/B077SF8KMG

2) Once I replace the HDD with the new SSD, can I clone/migrate Windows to the 1TB SSD and make it the boot drive? I do not want to reinstall Windows.

If you need to make the new purchased SSD bootable without reinstalling, you can migrate OS drive to the new SSD via an OS migration tool.
