Hi All
I just wanted to know if anyone can help me, I have a RVE 10 motherboard with BIOS Ver 1902, I installed Gigabyte Alpine Ridge Rev 2.0 Thunderbolt card in PCIe slot 2.0 x4_1 which is slot 3 on the motherboard , I got it to work initially see pic 1, but than after a few days my computer Win 10 Pro 64bit does not see the Thunderbolt controller in device manager anymore, I have re-installed the card in different slots, uninstalled and re-installed Gigabyte drivers and still did not work, the card has the latest BIOS and I also tried Asus Thunderbolt 3 drivers just to see if it made any difference which it did not, I have also attached my Thunderbolt settings from my BIOS see BIOS pic 1 and 2.
I have also tried earlier version of BIOS 1801 and have also cleared the CMOS still cannot get Windows to detect the Thunderbolt controller see pic capture 3.

Any help would be appreciate.
