Restoring a ROG GL753V to factory

Hi everyone,
I've decided that I need a desktop for more power!! rawr
Apparently f9 isn't working for me anymore, and I need to restore this computer back to factory settings so that I can sell it.
Does going the windows way still work? (settings>update and security>recover) would it still have all the necessary software?
I haven't changed the boot order or anything, so I'm not quite why I can't go the traditional way. =(

EDIT
Apparently, I don't have the restore to factory settings via the windows way either, I can only "keep my files" or "remove everything"
…. so.... would "remove" everything still accomplish the same thing?

You should do a fresh install of Windows 10 (reformat).

Make sure you install in this order.

Chipset drivers first and then Intel MEI drivers... etc
