Hello, I have a Samsung 970 250GB. Can I move the included heat shield from the main thermal m2 slot (x2 speed) (over GPU) to the second, faster (x4 speed) slot on STRIX H370-F? Will it block other slots near it?

Looking at your mobo if you do not have a long PCIe card in any of the 2 short PCIe x4 slots, then I can not see any problem fitting the M.2_1 heat sink onto the M.2_2 port.

It's unusual how that board is set up though... one would think that the M.2_1 port would be x4 PCIe lane instead of x2?
