Do you by any chance have a keyboard with RGB? If so connect it and see if the amount of keyboards changes from 1. I am not sure if this works with all makes but with my Razer X Tornament Chroma RGB it shows up as 4 keyboards [if I recall correctly], where your screenshot shows 1. This particular keyboard only uses one USB port, while some RGB models use 2 USB ports [just FYI].

The above is just to see if your mobo is seeing the keyboard correctly, if you change it to one that should show up as multi-keyboards. This might help you to at least see it the mobo is good, be it a long shot.

    Please try this.

Power down your system. Remove the power cable from your PSU.

Disconnect all SATA, USB and other cables including network and VGA from the motherboard. Remove all memory bar one stick.

All you have left is the CPU and cooler plus the one Mem.

Now press the power button to empty the stored energy in your board.

Leave for a few seconds and reset the bios using the button on your I/O panel.

Now connect a mouse and the keyboard to your system using the I/O panel.

Connect your PSU cable and once you are sure all the connections are secure. Power on.

You should now be able to enter BIOS.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

If you have tried all above and you have a Windows keyboard (My keyboard has a "Fn" key).
Try "Fn + F1" in the American Megatrends screen.
