I am writing this if it can help anyone who owns a Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard. I upgraded my PC with this mobo with Ryzen 5 2600 but as I started up my PC, the Ethernet connection was going up and down. After some testing, I realized that it has something to do with processing power so I decided to check SOC voltage. While the BIOS came with the mobo was showing a very low voltage, I checked if that's true with HWMonitor. It was showing all wrong (something like 0.825V).

So I decided to manually configure the voltage with offset setting, so the total voltage became 1.2V. Problem was solved!

As a result, the original BIOS is faulty. With the latest BIOS (I guess it's 0602 or something), the problem is totally solved. So if anyone is having problem with the Ethernet, just go and update your BIOS or change the SOC voltage value in the original BIOS.
