Maximus X double boot

Hi Folks,
i ve recently built new pc (specs below) and i am experiencing double boot on every cold start.
EDIT: i am not unplugging or turning off PSU

What is happening:
1. Power button pressed
2. after cca. 2sec pc turns off
3. after another 3 sec, pc turns on and boot normally to Win

When restarting 0 problems.

This is my 11th build in 20 years, first time using ASUS mobo. Never experienced this before on MSI or Asrock.
While i red a lot about the double booting on ASUS mobos and how it is normal prio to writing here, I would like to get rid of it, if possible at all.
Bios flash to 1704 should be the last resort mind you.

Any ideas?

Hello there,

let me answer at least quickly, if not satisfactory.
It has been asked so many times that all that's left is to say rummage the forum or simply take the advice that it is ok for it to do that on a cold boot.

Sorry, so many pages about this. So many discussions.

Still everyone doesen't let it go because.....

If you have overclocked your RAM or using the XMP profile you may get a double boot at startup... (you do on the Maximus X Formula)
Windows 11 | Rog Maximus Z690 Hero | i9-14900K | Corsair Vengeance DDR5 4800mhz 64GB | MSI 4090 SUPRIM X | Apollo x16 | Quantum 2626 | ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG48UQ | H150i RGB Pro XT | AX1200i | Dark Core Pro SE | K100 RGB
