I'm confused buy i7 8086k or i7 8700k
I want to use Cooler Master ML240R RGB cooler
My Q. is :: how cpu i7 8086k temperature and performance in games???

The cheaper one. It really doesn't matter as long as your setup can pull 60 fps at your desired resolution. And if that resolution is 4K you might want to go with AMD. That will save you even more money.

What is the difference in price where you buy your CPU? The 8086K is a higher binned product and is a better performer out of the box.

This ^^^ definitely. There are some outstanding 8700K samples out there that are every bit as good as 8086K, but the chance of faring better in the silicon lottery is titled heavily in favor of 8086K, and that is by design/intent on Intel's part. An 8086K is essentially a cherry-picked 8700K.

The 8086K would be my choice if they cost the same.

How about the 9700k - 9900k ?

I'd go for the 8086k over the 8700k, it's basically a binned 8700k that will have a better chance of hitting 5.0GHz with less voltage.

I see reviews and Youtubers about i7 9700K and i9 9900K ((Unfortunately )) Price vs. Performance
are very expensive and hot
but i interested to i7 8086K so i collect more information ...... Most reviews and Youtubers about i7 8700K

Yeah my friend I know the difference between the two CPU's I am asking how much do they cost where you live.

Here the 9700K is not very much more to pay...
