Not sure how to redeem that code I am using Battlenet which Activision is now apart of them, code is not working. Originally Posted by theonecsm

So get this everyone - Asus now sent me a new code to use with a new claim to get the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Deluxe Game Code, but since I had already used my motherboard serial number to claim it originally it now won't get past the screen to enter your serial number for your motherboard, it says already been used.
Go figure yea it has been used, just sent me the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Deluxe game key code that I can enter into Battlenet you have all documents showing evidence.
Give me a break!!
I will be returning the motherboard if this doesn't get resolved to the vendor next week.

If this issue is not resolved today I am returning my motherboard to the Vendor as my 15 days is almost up to return it.

Hello to all,
This is my first post and i am sorry if my English is not good.
I just bought a Asus ROG motherboard Z370-F and Intel I5 8600k processor.
I installed the new gear but i did not get any pop-up to register for the code. The re seller also never gave me a code.
Can somebody please tell me in steps what needs to be done in order to get the first code an the apply for the COD4 code.
Links info ... anything.

I downloaded the Asus promotion app as was told to get the code; however, after opening up the app, I get "Sorry, your system is not eligible for this redemption. Only qualifying ROG products purchased between Sept 10, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2018 Re eligible for this program." It is awfully annoying how I have to go through so much work to get a game I was promised to get with the purchase of the motherboard and intel processor.

Yea I have heard reports that the Asus ROG Maximus XI Call of Duty Motherboard serial won't even work when you try to put in the serial - says it is invalid on the claim portion.
I know for a fact it was triple checked from a friend.
Also their support mail box is full look at this below error when trying to send to this email address: support@asus-promotion.com
