Well the retailer just gave me cash for the key code that I wasn't provided otherwise I was returning the motherboard.

I like to comment where Asus could go, but I am not, I am however not taking down the BBB complaint until Asus owns up to this issue!!!!

Joining this thread as I am still waiting for mine. I bought an Maximus XI Formula and 9900k within the eligible period, registered through the online form and never got an email. I'm currently in talks with cl-adrian@asus about it and I've emailed the ASUS promotion support but they haven't responded.

Did any of you guys have to install and run a program called "ASUS Promotion4CODsetup.msi" in order to get your codes??? I've been told I need to run this to get my code but it just says I don't have any eligible ROG products (which is a complete lie).. This seems awfully bizarre to need to install a program and run it just to claim a code as part of a sales promotion, I don't recall seeing anything about it on the online form and besides, why have an online form if you need to run a program to get the code...?

It is awfully annoying how I have to go through so much work to get a game I was promised to get with the purchase of the motherboard and intel processor.
This is exactly what happened to me with my Maximus XI Formula and 9900k. It's really odd that we have to install and run a program just to get our codes, and it's completely broken anyway..

Yea Asus should learn from Nvidia how to give out codes, got my Battlefield V code today from Microcenter because I had purchase a 2080ti within 30 days.

I bought my 2080Ti only a few weeks ago directly from Nvidia, no BFV code for me

Kinda wish I waited a few weeks lol

Also I had to uninstall that stupid ASUS Promo app because it kept starting up and displaying the "sorry you don't have any eligible products blah blah blah" message whenever I logged into my PC.... What a weird and pointless application..

Asus isn't giving out Battlefield V Codes it is the vendor such as MicroCenter.

I'm still waiting for my code.. The ASUS promotion support team are ignoring me entirely. I've been in talks with Adrian but the last I heard from him was 5 days ago and I haven't gotten a response to any of my replies since then.. This is starting to get frustrating.

I feel sorry for those of you that have been waiting even longer than me. This is ridiculous. We shouldn't have to wait this long, being kept in the dark, just to get something we paid for. This is pretty bad practice. I don't see why it's so hard just to email us a code once we provide proof that we have purchased eligible products within the promotion period.
