Use Hwinfo64 to find out what RAM you already have and match your new RAM to your Current with the minimum requirement same voltage and Timings.
970 Pro is an excellent choice, ensure you get the correct one for your notebook Will be either NVME or SATA your manual will show you what your notebook supports. Install Macrium Reflect and Either create a full image of your current OS drive and Restore that image to your new 970 or use MR to clone it give you more options like expanding or contracting partition sized if your going bigger or smaller

The M.2 2280 slot supports both PCIe (NVMe) SSD and SATA SSD.

So 970pro should be perfect i guess**
Just thinking now because i have now c: on raid 0 i want to leave it and samsung 970pro will be only for games. Or should i make smth else?*

Your plan sounds like a winner to me. I would use the NVME it's much faster than SATA

Out of curiosity, have you managed to upgrade the RAM?
I am looking into purchasing a G703GI-WS91K but I am not sure how accessible the RAM sockets are.
I know from previous models, they weren't that accessible.

Please let me know or if you have some other place where you've seem it done (YouTube, etc) as I've been searching but did not find anything.

On my G703, they filled the 2 slots that are not user accessible (without full disassembly) with the stock ram. This was also the same on my G752. From the factory, I believe most Asus laptops have the inaccessible slots filled (slots on the other side of the mobo under the keyboard). At least in my experience with the most recent ones I have purchased.

I would also recommend you check HWiNFO to see what you currently have. I have DDR4 2800 stock, so DDR4 2666 may be slower then what you have now.
I have two APacer Technology 76.D305G.D060B 16GB sticks.
