Hello, I have that card, on a Crosshair VII Hero wifi.
I thought I may have had some kind of virus, so removed the partition, remade it, reinstalled, and at the same problem....
After jumping into a DX9 game, the GPU throttles to max, and doesn't shut back down, even after reboot.
Initially and after playing a DX11 game, idles returned to 131 gpu clock and 800 memory clock straight away.
However, after loading a DX 9 game, the phu is stuck on 1607 and memory on 8008
you can see I'm not OCing the card, I've tried to upload the image but it's not working.
Any assistance at all would be awesome! but for now, think I need to sleep
