Have you already tried reinstalling it, then using Programs and Features to uninstall, or using Revo Uninstaller?

Download and iinstall Ccleaner.
In that app there is a page to uninstall that works better than the windows uninstaller. Just click on the tools section. It even lets you get rid of the bloatware. When you are done go back to the cleaner page and do a registry sweep.
If it fails to uninstall this way simply delete the aura folder completely then come back to Ccleaner and do this again.

If the install was recent, can you try doing a system restore? Sounds like registry corruption.

You can try to change the folder name of the aura files in 'program files' and then try to remove.

With ccleaner preferably or via windows uninstall.

This entirely at your own risk, and I wouldn't recommend it for someone who isn't an upper tier computer user as it can severely screw up you reg system. But I fixed a similar issue by running regedit as admin and deleting everything tagged with aura. Then a fresh restart, and it cleaned it out for me. There are big risks doing it this way and should only be used as a last resort as it may result in you having to format and reinstall windows anyways
