M.2 Positions on the ROG Z390 Maximus XI CODE Motherboard

Hello everyone,
I've just finished building my new computer and just want to make sure of something concerning the M.2 connections on the ROG Z390 Maximus XI CODE mobo. The m.2 connections are at bottom of board together under a long heatsink. I have a Samsung 970 EVO m.2 nvme 1TB and a 500gb 970 evo nvme m.2. I'm using the 1TB for the OS and 500gb for storage. When you install them both, (1TB in M.2 1 position) and (500gb in M.2 2 position) they have to be screwed down end to end using 1 screw. Just want to make sure this will work with the screw holding both down?

That's my case in Maximus XI Formula. Seems correct.
