Asus ROG 750JX Microphone insane sensitivity

So i had a failing HDD but by the time my new ssd came in i could no longer boot from the hdd, fresh install of windows 10 on the ssd has resulted in alot of wierdness, sound being wierd(fixed that though) the microphone now picking up 100% of the sounds on the laptop, listen to device isnt checked.and i've installed the realtek drivers because i've got the audio wizard back.

how do i get my microphone back to the sensitivity it had b4 the swap?

Were you able to retain a copy of your eSupport folder, and use the default drivers and programs to restore your OS?

What version Windows 10 have you restored? 1809

i installed a fresh copy of windows, and i found out that noise suppression and echo cancellation were disabled under enhancements

Well if your "FRESH" copy of Windows happens to be version 1809 then you should be made aware that there are problems with compatibility with certain audio chipsets, most notably Realtek.

Using the original drivers and programs from your eSupport folder would have helped your "FRESH" copy of Windows.
