Hello?...

OK...so it seems not to have entirely corrupted everything...at least at first glance

Now I'll have to do the traditional half an hour going through privacy settings and spyware to make sure it hasn't reset stuff it shouldn't...

It will do its normal thing and want to update just when I realy want to do something else, lol.*
“ wonder if it has anything to do with RTX now switched on” caugh caugh working?*

Hi,

There is no longer the possibility (compared to the first release attempt) to update from 1803 to 1809 by manually forcing Windows Update. It is either you wait for the update 1809 to arrive automatically via Windows Update, or you use official tools : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once on 1809 - 17763.107 version, you will receive a Cumulative Update from Windows Update that will take you to 1809 - 17763.134 version.

Note : It is recommended to have Windows 10 1809 to install the latest NVIDIA drivers 416.94 : https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?105810-DRIVERS-NVIDIA-GeForce
