192.xxx.1.XXX and 192.xxx.3.xxx Simultaneously?

I am not too network savvy, but is it possible to configure a home network having both 192.xxx.1.XXX and 192.xxx.3.xxx simultaneously?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Sure, everything under 192.168.x.x is private so you can use as much of it as you want. But what are you trying to accomplish? Typically people only use the last octet as their subnet because 255 addresses is plenty for home use.
