ASUS ROG APEX VI and RAID 0 configuration

    Hey Guys,

Finally I bought a PC from my dream.

    Specs:
    CPU i9 7940x
    ASUS ROG APEX VI
G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 4133MHz (16GB for now, will be 32GB in short future)
    2x Samsung 960 Evo 500GB M.2 PCIe

And the question for you guys - how to configure RAID 0 for that motherboard?

I made exactly like usermanual says but read from my disks shows around 3200MB/s and write also around 3200MB/s.
From that disk drivers specifications for single disk (read 3200MB/s and write 1700MB/s or something like that)

Is that is correct that I need to use ASUS Hyper M.2 x16 additional card to increase speed?
If yes, how should I connect second graphic card like GTX 1080Ti which is also need x16 pcie?

Sorry for that newbie question but its not fully clear for me.

Thanks for any answers and welcome whole comunity of ROG!

Your speeds are within the expected range my friend.

May I ask why you need additional speed as that is pretty darn impressive at the minute. However a adaptor will give you more latitude but ensure you select one that is a boot device enabled and not simply additional storage.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

Well, Always the higher results are better than lower
When I bought that parts I thought about raid0 with high rates.

So what you told me - that transfers are limited to ~3200MB/s because of DIMM2 slots, and there is one way to increase it - buy asus hyper m.2 x16 extension card and create raid0 based on them.

    Am I correct?
