Crosshair Hero VII Mouse Stutter Problem

Hİ, I bought the 2600x and Crosshair VII Hero motherboard. My mouse frequently stutters which makes it harder to perform everyday tasks. What could be the source of the problem? The problem started when the motherboard changed.

Some solutions I applied

-I reinstalled Windows. 3-4 times
-I've updated drivers.
-I installed windows on different disk.
-I renewed the SSD cable.
-I've done system stability tests. (aida64, cpu-z, Unigine etc)

I have read in the past on another forum members have this issue with these mice.

Some have used wireless and it does not occur then. Some when in OS remove receiver/cable for mouse and plug back in and it resolves issue. Have you tried mouse firmware reflash? > link <
