    Gl703GS display problem

Hi. There is something wrong going on GL703GS.*
I’m talking about this black shadows on the edges of moving objects. As a example I use Farcry 5 footage, in other games it may look different.
Sometimes it appears as a halo or something like this.

Please have a look at this video that I’ve recorded in slow motion. *Please take a look at the roof for example. Black colour on the edge .. WTF ??

I know that there is more people with the same problem.
It only appears on laptop screen. When I connect laptop to external display like my TV for example, everything looks fine. * *
If anyone have found a solution for this problem, please let me know. *

There was someone else complaining about this exact same issue here in the forums. I think he tracked it down to be something related to gsync. As far as I can remember he couldn't fix it. The only way to "fix" it was using really old display drivers from the asus support page.

    Thank you for info !.
I thought that we have more GL703GS users on this forum and they are a little bit more active https://rog.asus.com/forum/images/smilies/tongue.png

I still don't know if this is a common problem or it is just my faulty unit ?
My laptop is still on warranty so I can send it for replace or repair but Im not sure if this is hardware or software problem.

Would be great if GL703GS users would share opinion on this topic.
    Regards

I think that's a common problem with this specific model, but it's not something everyone would notice. I know I would and looks like it's pretty annoying.

I wonder if more people experience this but just ignore it or just cant see it.
This guy explained this in his mini review. To be honest , I totally agree with him.

Reproduced the inverse ghosting ugly effect on mine too!

No Man's Sky, 60fps, happens both in fullscreen and windowed, also with G-Sync OFF.

I'm seriously thinking it's a HW issue of all
    AUO B173HAN03.2 [AUO329D]
another user reporting the inverse ghosting problem: http://forum.notebookreview.com/thre...review.822782/

In this case, will ASUS acknowledge the issue and offer a replacement to GL703GS users?

Or is it just an NVidia driver problem? https://forums.geforce.com/default/t...03-2-gtx-1070/
