GPU Tweak II on ASUS ROG GR6

Is it possible to use GPU Tweak II on GR6? Does it have any advantages?

Also when I try to download GPU Twek II for WIn 10 64 it only shows me the removal tool to download, however when I choose the 32bit version of Windows 10 it shows the actual app.
