Hi wise sages. I need your help. I currently have a G752vt with 970m running 3GB vram. I wanted to purchase the super ultra wide Chg90 from Samsung.

1st question - is it possible to use this monitor as a productivity display?
2nd question - would I be able to run world of War craft at a reasonable resolution?

I can't find the answers to these questions anywhere, please help!
Thank you in advance.

It looks like you should be able to without an issue. It has both HDMI & DIsplay Port connectivity. It looks like it will do split screen if you have 2 different source devices or full screen on a single device. I dont see any issue using it with the G752vt. As far as what to expect for World of Warcraft performance, may be a better question for the Wow forums. It is getting to be a pretty old game though. I think you should be fine playing it at the native res of the wide screen. Just keep in mind freesync is used by ATI. Not sure if you would be able to take advantage of it, I have heard of work arounds to use freesync on Nvidia? Never had a freesync display tho so never looked into it much. Good luck!
(ROG has simply become too expensive compared to the competition with same specs... 😞 )

Thanks for the reply, I was primarily concerned with the 970M's ability to run 3840x1080 without causing the card to spontaneously combust! I think I'll give it a go. Thanks again, Mr. Ruckus.
