    I am also having the same issue, sent emails, spoke to supplier and they sent me here.

    Also getting the same thing. Except I can't redeem Metro Exodus because the "card isn't sold during this campaign period" which is clearly incorrect in my case. Tried contacting through the link given in the redeem page but it gives the same error as OP.
