Finally cornered one from NE, and have had a few hours to try it out. Heavy and almost three slots wide. There is a strap brace enclosed and a very obsolete install disk; that's all.
I updated the drivers and used 3DMark and Passmark for comparison to my 1080ti ftw3, both stock air-cooled, and OC'd as far as I could get them to be stable. The 2080ti ended up at +100 GPU (max boost 2070-2125) and +2000 mem (16000). Power limit set at full 125% and reached in some tests below:
Firestrike Extreme (DirectX 11 4K) improved score by 23%, FPS (see below). Time Spy Extreme (DirectX 12 4K) score was up 37%, FPS (see below).
Passmark's 3D Mark score for DirectX 11 improved 12%, but for DirectX 12 jumped from 65 to 141, 117%
So the card shines pretty well at 4K, DX12. With aggressive manual fan settings (40% at 40 deg, 100% at 70 deg), temp stayed at 60 deg max.
