New monitor/zowie XL2546
Even replacing the motherboard

so,I am 100% sure that this is monitor own problem.

The strange thing is that he only appears whenever I press TAB (score board) in overwatch.
(you can see it in the video)

But now, the problem seems to get worse, I will also appear when I watch TWITCH.

So I am here to ask for help, what can I do? thank you all!!!

What is the refresh rate of the monitor? If it is set to 120Hz +, it really can require a high quality cable. Also, does the same issue happen with G-Sync / V-Sync on?

1:its 240hz and all accessories are provided by ROG
2:yes This will not change ,If he gets better, I won't use any sync.

I have the same issue with this monitor and the ASUS repair service told me that there's nothing wrong with the monitor even after I sent them videos of the issue.
Did you manage to fix the issue somehow?

I had this a while back and had to RMA the monitor. They sent me a brand new one. Funny thing is, I think I've been seeing some black flickering lately with the replacement. I am beginning to think all of the PG258Q's eventually get this problem.
