1. ust performed a clean Install of Windows 7-64. Since doing so 2nd monitor, connected to MoBo I/O via HDMI is no longer functional. Trying to install:

Intel Graphics Accelerator Driver V10.18.10.3412 for Windows **Win7 64bit** & Win8 64bit & Win8.1 64bit---(WHQL)
...... or
Intel Graphics Accelerator Driver V9.18.10.3186 for Windows **Win7 64bit** & Win8 64bit---(WHQL)

results in message "Computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software.

2. On another note installing latest version of SATA Intel Smart Connect says Intel SmartConnect Device not found in BIOS or not enabled.

3. Windows Update will not install Windows Defender Update, Event Viewer says:
