RAM RGB's playing backwards.

So my issue is, ever since getting this third replacement RMA X470-F I have the issue where the RAM plays backwards when in dual channel configuration... if I only have a stick in the 2 slot it will play properly with the MOBO's RGB. As soon as I plug in two modules the far right one plays the cascade effect, and then the left one plays after so it goes;

MOBO -> C4 - >C2 -> MOBO

This is just... annoying lol. It can't be the RAM's issue because all the RAM does is listen to the mobo, how fix? My RAM modules are TridentZ's.
