In case this helps anyone else out, I've discovered today that there is a conflict between Microsoft Publisher and Sonic Studio. At least there is in the configuration that I am using, which is:
- Publisher for Office 365
- Sonic Studio 2 on the G752VY
- Windows 10 Pro (currently running version 1607)

MS Publisher just continuously crashes whenever Sonic Studio is loaded. Once SS2 is shut down, the conflicts cease and Publisher is stable.

I got the idea to turn off Sonic Studio from THIS THREAD on the MS website. It identifies Nahimic as a source of the conflict for several users. Nahimic is a component of Sonic Studio.

Hopefully that may help someone else with similar issues. It may also extend to other members of the MS Office suite but I haven't experienced or heard of it.
