Double booting (ON-OFF-ON sequence) at power on... How to solve?

    Hi,

I just built my new PC and went for the following config:
ASUSTeK ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO (WI-FI)
    AMD 2700x
    ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
    64GB DDR4-3000

DDR has simply been dialed to DDR4-3000, and voltage put to 1.35V with all other DDR settings on "auto".

The setup is running fully stable with OCCT > 8 hours, full night of realbench and a full day of RunMemTest-Pro-v2.5 without any errors...

But one things keeps bugging me!

At power up, the PC turns on for ~2-3sec, then shuts down and then after a second powers up again with a full boot to windows.

What is going on? What settings do I need to change to solve this ???
Is this because of the "auto" settings and the PC is finding the correct settings at each boot?
