Asus GL12CP - memory stick problem

Hi !
I have a problem I have two 4GB ram RAMs mark :
SkHynix 4Gb 1rx16 PC4- 2666V-UC0-11 (4Gox2) so I've 8Go bright memory

I wanted to go to 16GB so I bought two Corsair Vengeance LPX memory sticks :
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8Go (2x4Go) DDR4 2666MHz C16 XMP 2.0 Kit de Mémoire Haute Performance

But I have a problem my ASUS recognizes only two memory modules is 8GB in the BIOS I have 8GB clocked 2133Mhz I do not have the option XMP (BIOS 309)
But CPU-Z detected 4 mémory sticks !
Can you help me please !

Hi,

Welcome to the forums!

Sorry for the confusion, but as mentioned on the ASUS global site below (you need to scroll to see the GL12CP specs), the GL12CP only supports 2 memory sticks even though your motherboard may include 4 memory slots.

All 4 memory slots should normally be working, but only 2 will work at the same time.
