WiFi issues on Maximus X Code

Hi everyone,

Over the last week, I have been having some serious issues with the integrated WiFi on my Maximus X Code. While using a web browser it is not noticeable, but it makes playing any online game impossible. In Battlefield V for example, I can move for about 3-5 seconds then I, along with everything on the server, immediately rubberband for about 10 seconds. This happens across all online games and is specific to this desktop only as all my other devices (Xbox One X, Switch, iPhone) all can play online without issue on my connection.

Here is an example of what happens when I ping a site like Google:

Here are the things I have tried:

1. Uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them.
2. Using different antennae.
3. Uninstalling recent Windows Updates.
4. Using a different router.
5. Ping test through router GUI which shows normal results (pointing to it being an issue with my desktop).
6. Did a Windows network settings reset.

Here is my setup:

Windows 10 - 17763.194
Maximus X Code - BIOS 1704
i7-8700K
EVGA FTW GTX 1070
16gb G.Skill Trident 3200 RAM
Boot Drive: Samsung 960 EVO SSD
Router: Asus RT-AC86U

At this point I am about ready to order an Asus PCE-AC88, but I wanted to check with you all to see if you had any suggestions on other fixes to try or if it is safe to call this a flawed motherboard. I think I'd rather order the new card (since it would come with a nice speed boost) than have to rebuild my whole system following an RMA, but I'm still not set on that.

Thanks for any help you can offer!
