j have question
i wonan set 4,5GHZ, now i have 4,4GHZ
J wonna use adaptive mode
i have 1.168 - 0.250 and is stable, but if i wonna have 4,5Ghz i must put + to offset mode sign
but if i put 1.168+0.250=1.418 is to bit to air cooling
Additional turbo mode cpu core voltage if i put 1,350 i will have 1.350 it turbo or it increase my 1.168 +1.350 offset mode

Looking at your screen shot you have your settings incorrect, 0.250 as adaptive vcore with no offset
enter 1.2 or 1.25 in Additional Turbo Mode CPU Core voltage and leave Offset on Auto = 0, raise or lower the Core voltage and leave Offset at zero to achieve your overclock
