    Geforce RTX 2070

Founders RTX 2070 1+3 replacements= 4 GPU's in my pc all has coil whine. Changing power supply's just waist of money try to install GPU to another PC in my case no changes. This forum completely confuse me as I thought only founders has this issue. I think the problem is in RTX itself because in previous gen GPU's from any brand I never had nothing like this. Maybe this new type of cores some how loading more power to these coils? Now I have to buy GPU but what to choose to avoid the noise?

Was having the issue as well until i installed my water block and the ek back plate. I think the vibration is intensified with the stock back plate.

As you can see with the picture ,the plate screw directly to the metal frame and the frame directly to the heatsink.

I would suggest to install thermal pad in some of the critical area ,between the pcb and the plate and see if it help you out.

For in formation,my card clock at 2070 mhz and the ram at 7407 mhz, using a corsair hx1000I power supply,
