Have two ROG Rapture GT-AC5300, same seetings on Time Zone
on one get "* Reminder: The System time zone is different from your locale setting.


any idea ?

Just go to Administration-> System and under NTP server paste this line pool.ntp.org

It will sync with server in few mins. Just let it do its thing. And under time zone select your time zone. When everything is set click Apply
