Howdy Folks,
After installing my new RAM kit (G.Skill 32GB (4x 8GB) F4-3200C14Q-32GTZR DDR4 3200Mhz Trident Z RGB), I was a little rough on the water loop and caused a leak.
Its all been fixed and I've removed my 3 x Geforce 980s and am waiting on some GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Sea Hawk EK X 11GBs. Waiting for stock to hit the store!!!
So since I've removed 3 video cards the M.2 Slot is now available, and I purchased a Samsung 970 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB.
I've done a fresh install of Windows, busy getting all the Drivers etc for it now etc...
Is there anything in the BIOS I need to do to ensure the M.2 is operating at its full potential / speed?
Speeds do seem great when copying to it from other SSDs just the BOOT time I thought would have improved more?
Yes the MB is getting old on the tooth I know.
