G750JH Random shutdown

Hello guys,

I have been having a lot of shutdowns in the past 2 days on my G750JH and I can't figure out why? its defnitaly not heating up my CPU and GPU tempreture does not go higher than 70C, it always shut down whenever I run Rocket league or Fortnite. I did a FurMark stress test and it worked fine so I don't think its a Nvidia issue or gpu driver issue, I am really confused.

When ever I start one of those games the laptop shuts down immediatly, my battery is not charging for some reason the battery keeps blinking orange/green charging and not charging, and when its charging its at always at 0% even thought I checked the capacity and its only 20% less than its full capacity so I don't know if its a Power problem, sometimes also it randomly sleeps.

I am really confused and I don't know what to do, could anyone help please.

Your battery is dead.

You need to replace the battery and that will fix your problem.

Why?

Because your laptop needs more power than the power brick can provide. When you play graphically intensive games you start drawing power from the battery too and because yours is dead it dies because it does not get enough power.

Get a new battery and your problem will be fixed.
