TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING "line output" sound has a noisy background
My TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING "line out" is connected to a Marantz Amp.
BIOS 1410 (latest).
The sound is OK, but it has a slight noisy background, even when no music/audio is sent to the output.
Connecting the same jack to a laptop output, there is no extra noise, and the speakers are completely silent when no sound is played.
Is there a BIOS setting I should look at?
Or maybe a new BIOS in progress to address the issue?
Note: that Asus MB passed the Ubuntu 18.04 tests ( the OS I'm using ).Last edited by MHack; 12-26-2018 at 02:51 PM.
