Maximus Code XI booting fully with no video out after swapping PSU

Lots of weird behavior from this MB. It really is driving me nuts.
After swapping to a new PSU and booting the system there is no video out.
I can hear Windows intro jingle so it boots all the way to windows login, but no video out via GPU display port.
I tried pulling all cables and re-seating the GPU but no change.

Had to pull the CMOS battery to get access to internal graphics over HDMI, and then the video was working via display port from the GPU...

Check that your PCI-E cables are firmly seated in your PSU !

Sounds to me like your GPU isnt getting the appropriate power. Ive seen this before...turned out to be a loose :PCI-E cable on the end that plugs into
PSU

It was getting appropriate power and both LEDs lit up indicating so.
I changed nothing. Just booted up with internal graphics and then it worked to switch back.

The LED's lighting up only means the GPU's are getting "some" power.....black screen means not enough and the culprit "can" be one of the 2 cables not seated properly....glad you got it sorted !!!
