Armoury II software won't run on G703GS

I recently got a Gladius II origin mouse and tried installing the armoury II software onto my G703GS.

When i try to run the software, the following error message comes up 77862

I've unsyncd the mouse from the PC's aura, but i feel that the built in keyboard is interfering with the software.

has anyone had this issue, and how can i resolve it?
