    Thanks for your replay.
I ever take those cards at the edges and never carry them at the cooler/fan part (PC self builder since 15 years).
I suppose my card belongs to the 5%. Because if I remember the fans are grumpy as the radial fans of the older cards, not so loud but grumpy noise.

I would say you have been the unfortunate recipient of grumpy fans. Log a ticket with the online portal so you have a paper trail instead of wasting time with phone calls whose records can and have mysteriously disappeared. Let me know how you make out with TS.

You wouldn't happen to be the poster on the egg would you?
Sometimes you get to be the bird, sometime the windshield. A 5% failure rate is totally acceptable and someone has to be the 5%.
Mishandling can cause issues as well. Ive seen more than once of people accidently bending the blades on the hubs installing the card. These things are heavy and hard to hold up while getting screws started.
With all power off reach in and spin the blades with your finger. The should spin freely for 15-20 seconds with no sound at all. If they dont then there is an issue that could be a messed up hub, rubbing on the housing or fubar bearings.
I with the same card (As I said in my post) you hear only a noise like "crrr" for 1 second only when I start the fans from 0 to 100% then I hear only the noise of the air ... according to you is because the fans are they overturned? I noticed that my KRAKEN X62 also does this "crrr" for a second when I switch from silent mode to 100% speed .... what do you think?

Im not hearing anything on any of these videos. Im no youngun and do have hearing loss but I guess its worse than I thought. Im cranking 1000 watts to max and hear backgound noise like that mouse in the corner farting but nothing else. My hearing loss is documented and in the frequency of women and children's voices, how convenient! My wife swears Im just making it up and sometime I get grumpy with her when I ask her to repeat what she said then she turns away and repeats it. Lately I decided to make her grumpy instead. I just ignore her like I don't hear anything until she speaks at a level at which I can actually understand it. Its usually followed by...."Are you DEAF?" LOL Hearing loss is what you get riding a destroyer for 6 years in a radar control room with blowers running full bore all the time keeping electroncs cool. Damn rooms are freezing as well. Its bad when you have to wear a coat and its 30C outside.

It's normal ... I have your own card and it makes the same sound ... after a while it has diminished ... I wanted to ask you ... even yours if you start from 0% to 100% if you approach the ear hear a "crrr" for a second due to the acceleration of the fan? I can not figure out if it's a vibration or something ... it does so only if 0% send the fans to 100%. give me an opinion? thank you

Edit* Yes it does that sound when increasing suddenly the RPM from 0 to 70% etc.

Got a new ROG Strix RTX 2080 OC, fans are now silent as expected which is really great.

Enabled Q-BIOS, fan motors are hardly noticeable now, even when they begin to start. Very quite and silent now.

Bought that card at ASUS partner online shop.

Any coil whine on yours? My whole PC build is very silent and i am hearing this buzzing noise coming from the GPU which i didn't have with my older graphics card.
