HD 7970 and 120Hz problems

Is there any one using a HD 7970 on a 120Hz monitor? i need to find out if i have a bad 7970 or its just a driver related problem. thanks

nope sorry all mine are 60Hz monitors, but to note i am also having problems with my 7970's

-ASUS Rampage IV Extreme
-Intel i7-3930k @4.42GHz
-16GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT 2133MHz
-Corsair Force Series GT SSD 240GB
- 2x 3TB WD Caviar Black (RAID 1)
- XFX ProSeries 1250W PSU
-3x ASUS VE248Q 24" Monitor
- 2x XFX 7970R

are you speaking of the one from Shamino, or is there a new BIOS update from ASUS?

I don't have a 7970, but I do have a SLI setup with 2x GTX580's and a 6870, all hooked up to 120hz monitors, and all that I get is 60hz out of both setups. I could be wrong, but I do not think that the graphics cards out today can push 120hz.

The 7970 can do 120Hz I've played a few games and they do run really smooth no tearing in black ops when it maxes out at 90fps but i have had problems with the card in this game running at 120Hz once the game minimized its self, Also the problem i get in windows is with my taskbar it seem to spaz out, Bios update why would that help ??

I'm already running this bios and like i said whats a bios have to do with my problem -_- ..
