All the cash in the world doesnt help an unlucky draw in the silicon lottery but like 80% can hit 5.0 with about half making 5.1 its that last step to 5.2 they cant handle and the extremely lucky can hit 5.3....like 4%.

Here is a nice basics guide by Der*uer. Different board and chip but whats covered here is pretty universal stuff.

The best advice Justin.....
OP..read the guide...ALL Chips are different...the same settings from one stable chip to another vary quite a bit....theres a lot of variables....(too many) to just start "copying" other BIOS settings your very likely going to be chasing your tail (and see a ton of BSOD's).....the guides will start out very simple...find some Youtube Guides with step by step instructions...for an initial 5 Ghz OC you should be able to tweek a "few" settings initially to determine how decent your Chip is.....then go from there....

What about the temperature of processor ?
What temp should be ?

temperature should be as low as possible and depends on program you use 🙂 in prime95 with avx enabled you will be happy if it wont go much above 100°C, but this is just extreme workload for short period of time
did you try those settings already?

I try CINEBENCHR15.038
And when i do RUN for CPU it gives me BLUE SCREEN
...
My CPU is not STATIC on 5.0 its go from 4.7 - 5.0
I dont know what voltage i need to put.
Is it not good when its Yellow color or Purple ?
