Hello, is there any reason why this stays on one screen about 10 seconds before booting to Windows 10? I have it set for fast boot. BIOS 0602.

Today, it took stayed on that screen for 35 seconds.
My laptop that is 18 months old boot to the desktop in 10 seconds where this brand new desktop takes about 45 seconds.

Maybe check your boot settings. Disable non bootable drives.*

Also check the boot up led (below the start button) and led code on the board and see where it might be hanging.*
