Hi iv got a i7 7700k on a Max IX Formula i got a 4.8g stable but just 2 night my cpu is bouncing all over have a look pls someone tell me how to fix this

That is normal nufc179. It's speedstep working to down-clock and down-volt the CPU at idle. It's a good feature since it ramps the CPU up to full speed only when you need it.

As above, doesn't need fixing. If you'd prefer a static frequency and voltage simply enable Windows High-Performance power plan. There's little advantage to doing this, though.
