Asus ROG Strix 2080 Ti Call of Duty Edition promotion code textbox empty
What the title says. The "Thank You" card that contains the Call of Duty game code that comes with the GPU purchase is empty! I will upload pictures later when I go home.*
Before I found out about this, I first tried to redeem the Battlefield V and Anthem game code RTX 2080 promo by Nvidia, it gave me an error but I emailed Asus support and they replied promptly giving me the codes. Now I tried emailing them again regarding this lost key but haven't gotten a reply since then.

Is there anyway to retrieve the lost code?
