hehe via email, how un-professional is that exactly, what prevents them from uploading it? are you supposed to be their QA tester?

    Losing performance on i9-9900k

Hello guys, I've updated my bios to version 1005 on my z390-e motherboard and I noticed that on benchmarks like cinebench and cpu-z I'm losing performance after more or less than 1 minute. I use stock frequency and it lowers from 4700MHz to 4000MHz for no reason at all. My temps got max 65°C since it's really cold here. Someone knows why? My last bios was 802 beta version and almost everything worked fine (some bugs on usb taking time to start then making bios took time to load).
