Since i updated to 2411 on my z390 H, everything went down the drain..

My pc won"t even go into BIOS... i had to use the rtclear to get back to the bios and all of my settings wont work. While on 1202 all m ysettings worked flawlessly.. now i cant downgrade to 1202 because it says its not a proper bios file?

Try downloading the bios file again? 0905 needed a small tweak to ram, but it's working for me so far. Only complaint is my RTL was lower latency with 0602, if I enable RTL/IO training, latency is lower, but I get WHEA BSOD's, on Auto, latency is higher, and manual adjustments fail to boot.

Same here.. I couldnt load my old profile with the new bios because then i got a black screen from start and couldnt enter bios at all. I had to clear my bios aswell.

Pc double booting from cold boot

When I unpluged my pc for the night and then turned it back on later on the day my pc double booted and functions normally after the second boot, What i mean by double boot id as follows: "Turns on then off and then on again" it only happens when the pc is unplugged from the wall and the re plugged in and then turned on. My z270 F didn't do this and on my z390 H I updated the Bios and its still the same anyone else with this issue? I contacted Asus tech support they said this is not meant to happen i also tried to downgrade my bios to see if its the lastest bios version causing the issue but i cant as the bios update utility says this "selected file is not a proper BIOS!"

Any help thank you otherwise I would have to refund it to amazon.

Double boot after being plugged in is normal, possibly a power supply issue. There's a thread on here about the Hero doing the same thing.
