I got the GTX 1060 strix 6 gb and i have been sent a code, when i came to asus site to claim the promotion with the code asus asks me to select the promotion product and write down the product serial. I have the product serial but i cannot find GTX 1060 strix 6 gb in the promotion product tab.
It says The Serial Number does not match the Promotion Product. Please check your entry. There are 3 options for gtx 1060 and i tried them all.

please help.
i contacted asus promotion support and in middle of the conversation they just left me, really dissapointing service.
