Pen/Graphic Tablet
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
1601
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
Asus Zenith X399 Motherboard and no 3rd party software
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
NO
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
Many times
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
No
6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
W10 Pro 1809 17763.292
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
Yes. Only 1.06.17 works
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
This version dosen't recognize any Aura devices, just like the previous version. Only 1.06.17 works.
As I mentioned before, there is an issue with pen tablets/ graphic tablets. If a pen tablet (mine is Artisul D13) is plugged in, Aura Software will not launch and no service will be running in the background. As soon as one unplugs the tablet, Aura launches. This is only the case with tablets, but not multi monitors. I have 2 monitors plugged in and Aura launches OK. This is the case with all versions of Aura. All version will launch if no tablet is plugged in, but only 1.06.17 will actually recognize my devices.
