Remove XMP or any overclocking. Seems too much of a coincidence that all those codes can be attributed to an unstable OC.

    Aura incompatibility and Lighting services

am having problems with the AURA submission error and it does not work correctly.
I have NZXT ROG 450 G1 tower compatible with AURA SYNC, everything worked fine. But I was missing the internal USB 2.0 connection. I decided to buy and install an Nzxt Hub Internal Usb Hub Ac-iusbh-m1 and then AURA from the INTERNAL LED Tower bar on the pedestal near the power supply not for example and does not configure any sync Aura form work address, always freezes the AURA application screen is version 1.07.35 and 1.07.36, I tried to install software versions V.1.05 afterwards and something seems to be some conflict that I have no more control over Aura (only RTX works separately) MB Memories and Tower ROG Nzxt 450 G1 - The source bar does not collaborate and this random RGB completes what to do now and Software - Lighting services incompatibility in conflict with recent games This rather bigger problem (lighting services).

Not sure if this has been reported before, but I noticed that when my Spatha mouse is connected to the PC via cable, AURA fails to start and crashes.
As soon as I remove the cable and connect wirelessly, everything starts working fine.

Current Issue have to use older Aura...

Using a "Maximus Hero VIII Whet Stone (1151) Motherboard.

New Aura Sync does not give option to change logo color on the board, or control graphics card properly at all on a ASUS ROG STRIX 1080ti over half the settings don't work for the 1080ti alone.

I have to install and use the following for it to work properly with both the board and GPU.

    AURA_RGBLightingControl_for_Graphic_card_ROG-XG-STATION-2

    Lighting_Control_1_01_16

If I dont use these two then the New "ASUS Sync" simply don't work as it should I'd personally rather have it all in one which is what Asus is trying to do.

    Nope

    4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.

I Have tried reinstalling both 1.07.35 and 1.07.36 but both versions are still having the same issues. I won't be reinstalling Windows because i have seen other people reinstall Windows and they are still having the same issues.

    5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)

    No

    6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.

    Windows 10 Pro 1809 17763.348

    7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).

    yes

    8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
Please Include a screenshot of the Aura UI, and any other pictures if applicable.

Whenever i tried to open Asus Aura i get an error message saying that the program has stopped working and the program does not open, I have even tried running the program as administrator and i'm getting the same error message. Also whenever i turn my PC off the RGB LEDs on my motherboard stay on when i have it set up in the program for the LEDs to turn off when i turn my PC off. My G.skill Trident Z RGB ram LEDs are stuck on color cycle when they should be red. I have been having these issues for the past week and i'm really frustrated that Asus hasn't fixed these problems.
I haven't heard anything from asus after posting this and it's been 2 weeks. How difficult is it for a multi billion dollar company to fix a software issue that has been going on for multiple years ? , no matter what i do i can't get this RGB software to work correctly. I have tried different versions of this software with the same problems and i'm am getting very frustrated with Asus. I don't understand what 's causing the problems and how to fix the problems.

Any version higher then 1.06.17 would show NO DEVICES after install and reboot, even 1.06.17 still doesnt sync my G.skill rgb memory at everyboot, also same with my asus mouse and keyboard would not sync. This version so far shows my devices and seems to at least sync my keyboard and mouse but my memory is still G.Skill Default Colors.

    3/23/2019
So after installing the this version of asus aura the first boot of the day ended up making ALL RGB Syncing but NOT the G.Skill memory, if i go into service and restart the LighingService service it will then sync everything including the G.Skill Memory.

Aura not recognizing Strix RTX 2080 GPU

    1. BIOS: Asus ROG Maximus XI Formula Version 0805

    2. Aura Sync Products:
    - Asus ROG Maximus XI Formula
    - Asus ROG Ryujin 240 AIO
    - Asus ROG Strix RTX 2080
    - Asus ROG Claymore
    - Asus ROG Spatha

    Aura Sync Compatible Items:
    - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 4x8 GB

    Other 3rd-party Software:
    - Corsair iCUE
    - There were a couple of other RGB programs somehow installed by Windows (GALAX GAMER RGB and Patriot Viper RGB) but I uninstalled those.

    3. Power Cycle: No change.

    4. Reinstalled Aura, did not try reinstalling Windows.

    5. I had Aura for graphics cards installed, but I uninstalled it.

    6. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763

    7. I never had a previous version since this is a recently-built rig.

    8. Aura Sync is not recognizing the Strix RTX 2080 graphics card, so I can't change its colors using Aura Sync since no "VGA" device appears.

EDIT: I reinstalled Windows 10 when I was trying to fix unrelated problems. The GPU is now detected.

    1) Can you confirm which version of Aura?
2)**Did the GPU sync when Aura Graphics was installed?
3)Please back up and remove iCUE software and services and see if the issue persists.
